341 code + Blower relay melting 30 pin -2001 w/ 250K miles
 
I had a valve stuck open on the secondary air pump injection which melted line connector, and subsequently melted a chunk out of a main wiring harness last year.

I have had an intermittent miss at cruising speeds (po codes 300, 351, 341). May be induced by bumps w/ large potholes or reduced cruising speed. Rhythmic rpm surges 1500-2000rpm. Then run fine for hours. Replaced catalytic converter. Replaced coil, and icm (not AC Delco). Fixed a drip on distributor cap from heater hose. Erased codes

I now have Cam Position sensor (341 po) and wiring connectors for coil and icm ready to install.

Replaced blower motor relay about 6 weeks ago with burned 30 pin. 30 pin burned/melted again on replacement. Installed another.

Not sure if the intermittent miss (coil - icm connector?) and blower relay melting are connected.

Feel like I need full schematics due to exhaust burning chunk of wires previously. Are the Dealer Svc manual .pdf downloads such as manuals4you.com full and authentic?

Thats quite the mess, i just barely avoided that on my rig, despite running with a massive pre-cat exhaust leak it still managed to punch the passenger side valve out. Luckily, i was on my home street and threw it into the driveway once i noticed.
