99 blazer running light and alternator issues
 

These are two separate issues, at least I believe they are. I just bought my 99 blazer last week and it needed some tlc well one night I was coming home and sitting in the driveway and at n idle all the lights would flicker and would seem too stop if I reved it up so I did a little research and it said a certain alternator has this issue which I don't fully understand. And also which is weird is last night under acceleration the voltage gauge and the battery light would come on and at idle it would go back up. Also the running lights issue I'm having I put all new bulbs in and the they won't come on the running light and the fog light next to it also the running/turn signal light none of them worked I tried tinkering with it I couldn't get nothing my multi meter reads it has power and I switched the lights to they other side and they all worked but won't work on driver side... I'm confused I tried a new connector still no go only think I haven't tried is grounds
