Auto Headlight Retrofit?
 

Hey guys has any one ever thought of retrofitting an auto headlight feature into a car or truck that does not have the feature ?

Just wondering how much work it would be and if it were possible? :icon_screwy:

you know, this is an awesome idea.

On ebay last night (ironically) I saw an ad for a DRL system in a non stock DRL vehicle so I'm sure there is a AHL system out there. The DRL system may even include an AHL feature so the lights turn on when the lights get low. I think it does.

I thought about this too. I wondered if it would be as simple as just taking a sensor like the on i. The speaker grille and splicing it into the system after the switch. I would think it would work like a three way switch set in a house. Prob need the switch and sensor from a newer rig.
