Default Auto climate control Blower problem

I'm having issues with my 2000 blazer with auto climate control. The blower intermittently works but most of the time it doesn't. I've replaced the blower motor and blower CM but still doesn't work. I get around 9 volts to the blower CM when the fan is set to the highest setting and it does fluctuate based on speed setting. but from the blower CM to blower the most volts I've gotten was around 3.4 any help?? I'm in Florida and the summer is coming quick!

You likely have a burnt up connection. It happens a lot with GM. You should lookup or find a wiring diagram for your blower motor that fits for your particular year/model. In my Colorado the culprit was on the passenger's side kick panel. There was a plug that had burnt up and melted the connection.
