big electrical issue
 

02 blazer, no key in ignition I step on break and the car lights up as if I turned the key. If I start the car and my foot is on the break once I turn the car off, remove the key the engine continues to run. Will turn off once foot comes off the break.

No one can tell me what it is. Help please
