Default big electrical problem

when i cut my lights on the dash lights dim out sometimes....and the gauges get all weird and show inaccurate information. recently my wipers just stopped working. i changed the fuse so i know thats not the problem. i think my electrical system is butchered but i dont know. so my question would be has this ever happened to anyone before? if so how did you get it fixed?

With a post that's *loaded* with information, I can't see how it would have been overlooked... /sarcasm You know that you could have 'bumped' your post long before now rather than rant about something to which you have obviously made no appreciable contribution...
