Default Brake and Abs Light stay on

I have a 2000 Blazer. The brake light and abs light stays on constantly. It has the correct amount of fluid and the pads are fine. The brakes seem to act as the should. What could be causing the lights

Do your daytime driving lights come on when you release your parking brake (assuming 2000's have them like my '98)? If not, the switch on your parking brake can stick. If your daytime running lights come on when you release the p-brake, that's not the problem. If they don't, you can probably fix the problem by removing your parking brake and fixing the switch. I did and it did not require replacement. Just some cleaning and I probably bent the little tab on the switch back where it's supposed to be (can't remember).

The ABS light could be a disconnected or broken wire at the wheel hub. Or it might be too dirty. You can remove it easily at the hub and check it out.

Those answers assume that there is not a leak in the system. If there is a leak, there is a valve that will shut off so no more fluid gets lost. If that happened, and air got into the ABS system it takes a bi-directional scan tool to bleed the ABS system. But since you say your brakes are working fine, I would check the first two things I listed first.
