clicking behind dash and all brake lights flashing at same time

Default clicking behind dash and all brake lights flashing at same time
I know the multiswitch is causing the clicking cause already tried replacing relay. Now I'm trying to figure out why just all three brake lights flash with the clicking. The signals up front don't flash unless I turn signal on. Thanks for the response.

It could be the key lock solenoid clicking and the actual ignition switch causing that solenoid to click and the brakes lights to flash with the click.
