Normally the Courtesy Lamp, but I think the chime is part of the radio in a 2003 so it's likely one of the radio fuses.

Pretty much its my door dinger,my driver and passenger control lights and ashtray lights all stopped working at same time..I was changing stock bulbs to led`s and I put one in backwards..When I used a screw driver to loosen bulb to turn it around as led`s are polar it sparked and all the above has stopped working...Now Im stumped and fuming on this lol..

I normally test a fuse with a multimeter .. I take the fuse and put the probes on each side.. If the meter rings the fuse is good..

your basically making a closed circuit that makes the meter tell you that you have a good connection.
