have a couple of issues, my skills are not mechanic level so bear with me. the vehicle in question is a 97 blazer 4wd

1- the windshield wipers do not work. when i turn on there isnt any sound or movement. could it be the motor?

2- the headlight switch turns on the headlights when pushed halfway. when i push all the way the dash stays lit but the headlights go out.

3- the cigarette lighter does not work.

4- is it possible to install HID's in this year and model. the headlights i have for my area are not as bright as i would like them.

could all of these issues be related somehow?

any help with these gremlins would be greatly appreciated.
