I have a 1982 GMC JIMMY which cuts out while running- it usually starts ok - I can drive for an hour or so or it can run for 10-15 minutes and cut out - if I leave it for 10-15 minutes it will 99% of the time start - there is no set pattern to cutting out , its just random. Its running on LPG but I think weve eliminated a fuel problem - that pretty much leaves just electrical - Can anyone HELP???

 

The key to finding your problem is in the 15 min after it dies but wont restart yet. Start by checking for spark at that time.
