Default Flashing dash, and head lights??

I had a head on collision the insurance company fixed my 2001 chevy blazer, not even a month later I had to replace allot of parts including an alternator(scrap alternator). When I had the alternator installed the lights started flashing non stop the next day, they told me it was my alarm and remote start so they unplugged it and now it is much worse? Any thoughts on what the problem could be. at a stop an idle the lights flash like crazy, but while driving they seem to be worse sometimes and stop completely at other times?

I had replaced my alt with a higher amp alt. the replacements u buy from the auto part stores around 105 isn't enough to really run the vehicle. I would look to see about getting 1 rebuilt usually they can make about 160 to 180 amp out of the small case alts and it should be priced to about a dollar an amp. A new battery wouldn't hurt if it's old too. Other than that there might be a bad ground somewhere which is a huge pain to track down
