Default Fuel Level Wire Color?

I have a 96 4x4 blazer and does anybody know what color the fuel level wire is? the wire that carries the voltage from the fuel level sending unit to the fuel gauge. this wire is packed with the rear turn signal/lights correct? i don't have a diagram handy.

thanks... any idea what resistor spliced in would fool the ecu into thinking the tank was over half full or close to full my tank is just about empty? i need to do a full driving cycle to pass the local emissions because last time the evap sensor came up unready which i guess requires over a half tank of gas. everything is fine with it just too cheap right now to fill the tank to do the full driving cycle.
