My bumper lights are 6 inch ovals in my winch bumper. The HVAC panel was modded to take 2 10mm can LEDs instead of bulbs, I have a strip of 10mm superflux LEDs mounted in the plastic under the dash for the footwells. The rest of the lights are just retrofit LED bulbs The correct size for what they go in.
The only normal lights I have in the whole truck are my H4 headlights, and reverse lights are 2 1156 halogen 55 watt in the tail lights and 2 55 watt h3s in the bumper.
In my 91 I swapped out to an electronic flasher and just been swapping its bulbs out as the old ones burn out with direct replacement LED bulbs. All my bulbs I buy in bulk from ebay.

All of mine come from superbrightleds.com most of which seem to last just a few weeks over the warranty period. I have lots of leds and lots of failures. They are however the best quality ones I've found and accept my steady small stream of return requests like a champ.
O and the "eagle eye 5" is what I run in place of the 1157/6 sockets. They are the brightest leds I have ever seen. They come from autolumination.com and also don't seem to last very long (a year or so).

All my ebay LEDs have been in over a year and I've only had one bulb burn out in the dash,
