Default Head Light trouble

So there probably is another thread for this problem but I couldnt find it.

Im driving a 95 s10 and my problem is that both my head lights dont work. Interior lights work fine as well as the dash board and so do the turn signals and brake lights in the back...I checked all the fuses and none have failed. I doubt that both bulbs burnt out at the same time. High beams dont work either. Any suggestion is helpful and if anyone knows a good video or step by step on how to replace the bulbs it'll be greatly appreciated.

I think there is a relay under the hood for the headlights.

I looked and only saw 3 near the back by the passengers side would it be one of those?
