Headlight issues

i wonder if anyone can help please?

my dipped headlight does not work all the time. Main beam is fine, when I dip them the headlights go off, then they flicker and come on.
Turn the lights off completely and then back on and no dipped headlights again.

I have replaced the headlight switch/stalk but still the same.

Where is the relay please?

thanks for any advice

Have you checked the connector at the bulb? On different cars, I've had the same issue, the connector was starting to melt, and was making intermittent contact

Both headlamps are doing it though mate. I will check, but both are flickering at the same time.

relay

Your welcome let.me.know how you get on.
Its also listed aa a Hella relay but i out it in the car while im waiting fir the part .I am 99 percent sure this is whats wrong with yours if you tap the case with a screwdriver it may go off and on , inside the relay it has two contacts and they burn out due to the high voltage .
