headlight problem

Okay I have a few problem, first, the headlight switch in my 99 ls four door doesn't do anything, even with the switch in the off position during the day, the headlights are on. The second problem is that the drivers side hibeam and headlight turnsignal don't work, even after replacing the bulbs. Any ideas?

my 2000 2 door has the same issue. theres some kind of light sensor in the dash that works the automatic lights. they switch the lights on when the truck thinks its dark enough for it. your sensor could have fallen out of where its mounted, thats what mine has done. and the way to turn the lights off is to hit the little button below the switch and eventually the lights will switch off, and i also have the same strange issue with the lights just while they are on. they work while the turn signals on but otherwise wont work while just idleing.
i dont know many technical terms for things sorry. imma "that thing there under that" kinda guy
