Question : What's a DRI ?
Daytime running lights.

Most of the cars have it and I hate it. People drive around in the dark thinking they have turned their lights on. They drive around with dim headlights and no taillights on. For some reason the manufacturer decide the dash lights should come on too. Would have made more sense not to turn on the dash lights so people would realize they don't have their lights turned on.

rant/

OK ! That's true, I've seen a DRI empty emplacement on my fuse box. I hate that too...

But when my lights flash I can hear a relay on the right side, under the glovebox.

Not that I can help with this situation but it brought back a old situation I had with a 1956 Chevy Conv, black on black. I never notice it until someone follow me and then I got in front of them. But every time I hit the brakes my headlights would come on, people always thougth I was trying to warn them of cops ahead! hahahahahahahahaha...True story...
