High beams wont work
 

I have a 94 blazer s10 tahoe. It recently failed inspection because the high beams won't work. When I pull the switch to turn on the high beams there is no tension or click. I have had people suggest the dimmer switch and the turn signal switch but I haven't taken it apart yet to check it out for sure. Any ideas?
