How to adjust 2nd Gen. headlights !
 

i needed to adjust my new replacement 2003 Headlights from 1A Auto. I could find the SXS on how many feet from a vertical , flat surface= 25 ft. , but not the CW vs CCW to adjust up or down. The middle screw in each side of the H/L assembly is for up or down adjustment. The screw on the outside of each headlight is for left or right adjustment. Both of the 'adjusting screws' are an External Torx or E Torx and the center of the screw is a small Phillips screwdriver. To adjust the H/L up= turn the middle screw Clockwise. To adjust the H/L down =turn the screw CCW. The left or right adjustment screw is on the outside of each H/L assembly and you go in through the top radiator support and go straight down. E Torx sockets are not a common tool, so I used a 6 mm socket with a short=2" to 4" extension.
