Default Lights dim under hard acceleration

My lights dim when I accelerate. Under normal driving the lights stay on fine. If I floor it at about 50mph after 3000 rpm all the interior and exterior lights dim a lot the voltage drops to about 9. When I let off it goes back up instantly any ideas

If the wiring and belt and stuff around looks OK, it would be the first thing I did.
