no tail lights

no tail lights
I own a 1992 chevy k blazer 5.7l /4x4 / I replaced the rear wiring harness i have brake lights /back up lights/left&right blinker/ but when i turn head lights on there is no tail lights.???? i need to know what color is the ground wire for the rear running light.??
