Done some digging but no good answers yet so I'm gonna try asking. First of all, 2003 s10 zr2. Aftermarket cat, truck had issues 2 years ago ses locked on, swapped cat and o2's. Life was good. Had some rot, off the road in Feb. Decided to fix it, still no ses. After a lotta work body is unelectable, exhaust was leaking but no ses. Welded up life is good. Had to run it 50 miles w no gas cap... Still no ses. Found it odd, no apparently the ses check (key on, engine off) doesn't light up. So I mess w fuses nothing blown let it sit overnight, check phase now works. Start it, no light. Kill it, go to run... Light doesn't light up anymore. Let it sit, bout 20 minutes, lights up on check, doesn't when engine starts. Basically in the short term, she will light the check phase if she's sat, but will not if you start stop then check. Any ideas? Fuses are good cluster connection is good, pcm connection is good. At a loss here. Thanks guys... Swartikk... Help? Lol your posts gave saved me many times in the past!
