Power up and down search not working
 

Hello, I've recently made the purchase of a 98 4 Door blazer in red. It has a power drivers seat that dosent seem to have working front up and down (i repeat the front of the seat dosent move up or down) the motor is there and definitely still works, when I hit the button it clearly is getting power and trying to move (I've done this both sitting on and off the seat) but it dosent budge. The rear power up and down works fine its just the front. I'm wondering if maybe the worm screw is seized? Its still turning (maybe 4 degrees, but that's just the motor itself physically moving itself and the worm screw with it) id like some insight if anyone else has encountered this problem and how to fix it. (Mainly so I don't screw stuff up)
