rear wiper confused

Default rear wiper confused

replaced the motor on my rear wiper so now instead of the grinding sound it always made when i hit the button it moves but only goes back and forth about 1-2 inches lol what do i do please help oh wise forum. 98 chevy blazer 4 door 4wd red lol

New motor? New to you motor? Could be a fault inside...

new from the store without module what are the effects of a bad module

I cant help with that sorry, but someone else might chime in soon...

when mine went, I got one from the scrap yard and haven't had a problem since(2years)

Check your rear glass contact switch. Sounds like it thinks the glass is open so it stops the wiper before damage can occur.
