Default Rear Wiper Help

So I just replaced my rear wiper motor a few days ago ($600 for Chevy to do it? I THINK NOT!) with a refurbed one which works great except that the wiper doesn't always go back to the start position that it should. I used the old computer, could it be a computer issue?

Thanks for the advice. I'll try to do that and see what results I get.
