Reverse LED's are awesome - now I want brake lights LED - but they don't work!

I hooked up the red LED lights in the brake housing and they just don't work properly.

One of them might work, and that makes the other side brighter....or they both don't work...argh...

The parking light LED conversion makes the blinkers appear to be on all the time (both turn signal indicators constantly lit up) but all turn signals still work (even the led parking ones)

Any ideas?

Here are pics of before and after of the reverse lights.

As far as the turn signal indicators go, did you upgrade to an LED flasher? I put LED turn signals in the front (got em off ebay) and had a problem with them blinking too fast and the indicator lights stayed on all the time.

You need either Tridon/Hazard Warning Flasher (EP29) | 1999 Chevrolet Blazer 4WD 6 Cylinders W 4.3L SFI | AutoZone.com_ from autozone OR

I ordered mine from LED Lights & Accessories - SUPER BRIGHT LEDS. The order page is Super Bright LEDs - Electronic LED Flashers Specifications you need part EP29L

I'd say definitely get that and then try the LED's in the tail lights again and see if that fixes the problem and let me know because I was going to do the same thing.

I simply bought the cheapest LED lights, white, yellow and red.

I don't want to spend that much....not yet anyway :(

The flasher is only $13.00 from SuperBrightLeds.com and $15.00 at Autozone. That's not too much
