Right side turn signal issue
 

Hello, I'm having an issue where my right turn signal starts to blink fast and the front bulb seems to be dim only when I have my fog lights on. Anyone have wiring diagram for the lighting system, especially the front directional and the fog lights or any ideas on what to look for? Thanks!!
