Security Light Stays on NOT BLINKING. No start 2001 Chevy Blazer 4.3L.
 

The problem started when I was attempting to start my truck via jump start/charger . I heard a pop noise which I located the source of which was one of the bigger style 30 amp fuses located in the front right fenderwell underneath the battery. All I had was the same style fuse but a 40 amp swapped it out no change. Also after I heard the pop noise I smelt burnt electrical was praying it was the 30 amp fuse I smelt haven't located any burnt wires yet. Not quite sure where to go from there with that . I did the troubleshoot method with the voltmeter put it on continuity and started pulling fuses one at a time waiting for the beep to stop no luck with that. I can pour gas into the throttle body manually and crank it it will run until it burns up what gas I poured in . I'm at wits end with this lovely automobile. Need help or it'll be the Grand Finale come firework time. Thanks for any and all help.
