I didnt Know that, but another weird one is that its Illegal to drive barefoot.

the barefoot one is for personal safety if Ur bare feeted and get in a wreck you lose some protection as minimal it is.....

I've been told not to even drive on the street without the covers on them, but I never got a ticket for it.

its not actually illegal to drive barefoot, not in MN anyways, they covered that on the news, because a lot of people thought that it was. Its frowned on, but not actually illegal.
