Squirrel Damage!
 

Sadly my Blazer is no longer my daily, and this past season the squirrel's decided to access my engine bay through my body lift gaps and make a nest. While there, Squirrels chewed through wires, vacuum lines and other miscellaneous plastics. Attached are some pictures of the worst (sorry they are so big). I'm looking for any suggestions on how I should approach the replacement/repair of the wires the most cost efficient way.

Sure that’s easy, just get a spool of primary wire and a soldering iron and start splicing :D

Not sure I can splice into some of those, They were gnawed off pretty flush! >.<

Any idea what that module with the blue plate is?

That’s the fuel injector harness. An alternative would be to find one at a junkyard and cut it off with enough wire to make splicing easier

Awesome! Thank you! I was going to go the Junk Yard route but not sure the U-Pick lots are open during COVID. I was able to google and find multiple replacement harnesses now that I know what to look for! Thanks again.

I was going to say, you can buy it new, but it looks like you already figured it out.

IMHO I'd pull the engine to be able to access ALL the looms and wiring in the engine bay. With a nest in there they have probably also eaten away at the secondary wirings, wiring to the lights, transmission and such. From experience once you start looking hard you will find more and more places where they have eaten at your Blazer.

Some like rubber, some like plastics. Look at the steering rubber sleeves, the CV axle sleeves, brake hoses, ABS sensor cables etc. From what you find decide on how to fix it. Then you can make a list and go pick at the yard or order accordingly.
