Default transmission fuse help?

97 4x4 blazer lt 4.3l v6 with the 4L60E transmission. By it being electric, is their any chance that wiring from the fuse panel box to the ignition switch could cause the trans not to shift properly? Reverse works, first and 2nd(usually) and then it sounds as if it is in neutral @ around 35-40 mph. I want to test the trans fuse but dont know if it should be done with the switch in the off, acc, run, or what. Ive read threads on this but they said they tried each one. Would like to know the correct way to be sure not to cause any other damage. Thanks in advance!ore the trans problems

P.S. Im asking this only because right before the trans problems, the after market radio was out and fuses were blowing (wiper I believe it was). The truck was all of a sudden having a hard time starting as well. But not since then. Thanks again.
