turn signal issue
 

this coming spring when it gets warm again and I can get back to working on the blazer I have to fix this weird issue I have with my turn signals. The right one is working fine, the rear lights, the bumper lights, and the little one next to the headlight, all are turning on. The left one the light inside the dash is staying on and all the lights on the outside of the blazer are a little dim. I have a good feeling that it is a issue in the wiring, I just don't know where. I took out the cluster and removed the led strips I had on wither side of the gauge cluster thinking that maybe the connections were bad, but it is still on. I have to also fix the issue that when i got my led turn signals I forgot to wire in the resistors so they blink really fast. Any ideas of places I could check so when i dive in i can check things. The right one did it for a little while too but i jiggled the wires behind the cluster and the right one went off. Really weird cause it just all of a sudden happened one night when I was pulling out of six flags parking lot.

it really sounds like a shortage somewhere . If you have a trailer plug id start there

they tend to short out and for the leds i think you can buy a special relay for them

that actually makes complete sense seeing as how my trailer hitch plug is like ewwwww right now lol. I bought a new one last year but i cant find it. I really need to clean out my garage lol.

yea they tend to short out with the rain and snowy weather

I like to pack it with electric grease here and there then put the cover back
