What does fuse 13 power on a 95?

What does fuse number 13 titled RDO BATT power on a 95? just so you know fuse 11 is the radio fuse. anyone know?

RDO BATT should be supplying a constant power source for the radio's memory functions. It should be hot even when the truck is off.

so how come when i pull out fuse 13 the radio still holds the pre set stations?

That's a good question. My kenwood keeps the stations when I pull the harness out, but not other settings. So maybe they have a small battery to keep some things. If so, I believe the rad batt supplies the main source of power for the internal amp, whereas the other one only triggers it to power on. IDK Just two separate circuits I guess.

since not really sure what its for 100 percent maybe its better to leave the fuse out because its always drawing amps...
