window button surge.

Default window button surge.

ok so i have a 1991 k5 blazer with the power windows and locks. the driver window goes down but the power locks do not work. and i can only roll down the passenger side window from the passenger side. if i try to use the switch on the driver door itll surge the battery. if i push the switch to roll down the passenger window my battery gauge drops and i think it killed my alternator. please help

It sounds like you have a short in the switch on the drivers side door
