Default Wipers trubles

Hello, 96 blazer, the front and back wiper stop working, the front one worked sometimes motor seems to be OK, the rear back was not strong enought to pass to the window, I suspect the electronic card may be bad or the relay, I have no idea on how to access this card...Can any one that knows better gime a clue on how to fix it and the trouble reason? many Thanks

The main problem with the front wipers is the circuit board has cold solder points that crack and lose connection. Re-soldering them is a cheap and easy fix.
