Okay, after talking to the guys at work(I was out sick for the day, woohoo...), they said they found a disconnected ground wire. So hopefully they found the issue.
I'll let everyone know the happenin's when I learn.

AH! I almost forgot.
The issue is fixed.
The ground was installed onto the subframe. So he moved it to the engine and VOILA! It runs like a champ.
But since it runs, we found out it won't shift out of first gear.
I think the governor took a dump. we'll see.
