Facilities management. I'll be looking after the building maintenance side of some office blocks & a cinema complex in Auckland city. They need an annual WOF (warrant of fitness) so upkeep is important, I'll be checking up on contractors, cleaners etc. keeping the building up to code.

okvortec -- I wish!!!! Mind you it beats sitting at home - ALTHOUGH I could still be wrecking Blazers down at the Chevy guys. LOL
