i have a friend that needs some help moving a 95 Chrysler intrepid out of his yard ( his moms ex boyfriend left it behind and he took the keys with him) and all we need is to be able to turn the ignition so we can put it into nutral/ steer. so can any one come up with an idea to move this thing for cheap

Just punch out the ignition switch like thieves do screw driver & hammer. But don't do it unless you have the title or can prove it was abandon.

Check with your local police department had a cpl people stayin with me a few years ago that left their car behind no title no keys after 30 days we were allowed to have it towed away (at the vehicle owners expense) if they wanted their car back they had to pay the towing and storage fees so the local towing co. would release the vehicle

hey i thought i would post this here since it kinda relates to this and ive kinda wondered about it before. Anyway is it possible yo hotwire a car by removing the fuse for the headlights(constant power source) and using a jumper wire to the ignition. It kinda makes sense but then again it doesnt. I have never tried it due to the possible risk to the car. any thoughts about this

I would think that would power the ignition, but wouldn't start the car, or release the steering lock.
