^^ You mean D-cell batteries? Can you get clock motors that run off of those? I've seen AA clock motors run all year on one battery.

I would suggest running LED's since they won't get as hot and last a lot longer, especially since they'll be indoors. Do you still have the light sockets? You'll need sockets if you want to run the 3157's and the other type.

Yeah, all of the factory wiring, including the sockets are all still there. That's kind of why I want to get replacement bulbs, why trash the perfectly good harness you know?

It's been a while, but I finally got everything I needed to button this project up. I must say, it came out pretty cool! Should make a pretty cool college house decoration lol

No wall power supply to fail, costs nothing to leave on. Uses probably less power than the wall adapter would without the lights on.
