Default dodge dakota heating problem

i have a 97 dodge Dakota 4x4 ext cab with 4.9l v8 is has new water pump new thermostat and new radiator, And the head gasket it perfectly fine but i still do not get any heat at all ill get some when driving for like and hour but its just warm and don't last long any ideas?

I just read up on something by Google searching is it true that if the heater core is not leaking that its not bad? And is it common for heater core problems that its clogged?

more info: It does blow some heat but not hot at all and only when driving for like an hour it will start to get "warm" it was always bad on blowing heat when i bought it it blew heat but not hot hot and slowly went down hill and then until like almost no heat ever.

Thanks any info can help!!!
