Default everybody needs some extra money

Need some extra money to put in to your car or take your significant other out ever try donating plasma? There's a local office that takes donations and they pay $35 for each donation and you can do it twice a week every week I do believe, also the blood they take out of you they put back in your body.

I don't really care for needles , but if I had to do it I would do it for free . But I don't think they would want my blood anyway , lol .

I've only ever donated myself. Never even thought about doing it for money.

Did it twice at two different locations around here. Both of the ladies doing the needles were terrible. I took a 3 hr tattoo session for whats on my right arm, and their 5 minute hack jobs at my veins were so much worse.

Oh I wont ever donate plasma again. Not worth the $30 with the luck I've had. I'd much rather detail someone's vehicle for the extra cash

It isn't and shouldn't be about the money it is about doing your part and maybe saving someones life. I just had 2 units of blood put in me today thanks to a donor. If it wasn't for blood and organ donors I wouldn't be here today. If I could I would donate blood every chance I got.

You do know plasma is different from blood right? I donate blood every 2 months when the blood mobile comes around my gf's job. Theres a specific place you got to go to usually to donate plasma since its a little more involved. Re-read my first post, I had terrible luck with the idiots at the plasma place.

Yes I know plasma is the white blood cells of the blood and when you donate plasma they seperate it from the red blood cells and put the red blood cells back in you. I have received both blood and plasma transfusions lots of times I also had a lung transplant so yes I know what I am talking about if you think the only reason to donate is for a paycheck and rather detail a car and not worth it to save a life because you had a problem 1 time, There is a place for people like that.
