No, itīs right.
Fiat has a strategic involvement at the Chrysler group, especially, they want to use some Dodge platforms and use rebdging for Lancia, whatever. So, in germany we call Rams Fiat and irritate Dodge drivers with that. Just for fun. Its just like Ferrari. Itīs a brand of Fiat... IMO totally s**t. |
.
Thanks for sharing Christian! There are a lot of nice rides that came to that meeting. In particular, I like the 2 door Tahoe and the Kodiak (4500) the best. That is an awesome looking camper on the back. Very original! That's for sure!

those ssr's are even pretty rare over here you dont see many of them. and i just noticed that chrysler and fiat are in bed with each other, i read the fine print at the bottom of a fiat ad and seen chrysler's name mentioned. thats pretty cool to see those pics. basically all the vehicles you posted i see on a daily basis. especially the 90s 1500s they are everywhere over here.
are parts hard to find for chevys out there and are they a pain to work on? ive always wondered that cause when we get a 80-90s audi, volvo, mercedes etc they are a pain in the butt and parts are hard to find if you can even find them at all |
love the K10! if you guys need parts shipped over let me know! plenty of blazers in teh yards

We buy the most parts at rockauto.
There are many dealers in germany, but most of them offer cheap raybestos service grade crap for evil prices. So we buy at rockauto, it much cheaper than the most german dealers. But the shipping cost especially for body parts and heavier parts are really high. And the bad taxes. almost 20% of the price and shipping costs, and then the costumer taxes too, varies between 5 to 20% extra. Thats bad. A grille, that costs in the US 100$ in germany approx. 500$. Then there are many garages they think, they can repair Chevys, but they do only s**t on the cars and others donīt want to repair the easiest things like balljoints. So, the most repairs, I have to made alone. But fortunately, my best friend has had a Beretta and a K2500 and his father has 2 Camaros, and a Suburban and a shop. So if I need help, I get it. But often in germany american cars are in a bad condition, caused by wrong maintanence. Thanks for the offer USMC3782!!! |
Thanks for sharing the pics Christian! It looks like you guys had a ton of fun.

The fun raised proportionate to the volume of alcohol. ;-)
