I think he was talking about the one withthe dual Kia's parked out front (red brick). It's a very odd looking house lol. Is there a front door? The houses are certainly jammed together near you. They're nice though!
no the bleached brick looks lik a nice pad.
Yeah, I was talking about the thin brick house. Nice neighborhood, not much yard room, but nice and new.
But that house just looks....odd. out of place and awkward. and since you brought it up, yeah where the hell is the door? they must use hover shoes to break in through the window

This is definatley off topic - but yea, when I saw the red brick house I thought "WTF" Certainly stands out though. Not that there's anything wrong with it but would look better bleached like the one on the right.

see the "bleached" house, it's laid out just like that.
and since we're side tracked on the topic for a moment, Kiwi, Curtis, and Alex...............i actually think the red brick "farm house" style is one of the nicer styles from the neighbourhood! that "bleached" house has glazed bricks, looks really wierd in person (IMO).
and the property is 37' to 40' frontage, not bad for a "newer" subdivision. but you're right, they're about 15-20 feet shallower on that side of the street. but then again, i have the train tracks running behind my house, with a hugh earth berm at the back of it. here's the same day out back;

and don't even go on about that little shack the neighbour has @ the top of the berm.
and just so you can compare, here's a pic of my house (it's from the realitor listing when i bought it last year);
Thats a cute home you got there Chris. Whats the square footage on a place like that? It's got some nice french doors
Your actual home is really nice though. Looks like a great neighborhood...besides the minuscule lots. But then again you are in the GTA, so I'm sure that is considered somewhat big.
