Default Goodbye Blazer...

Well guys, Blazer is coming off the road Monday for another car. So many problems with it I couldn't afford to fix it if I wanted to right now. Very sad to see her go, I'd rather keep her in the driveway if I didn't need the money.. but I can't. I hope for another down the road somewhere, I really love my truck. I may be around a bit, who knows.

That blows. Just keep it. I havent driven mine in more than 2 years but its staying in the garage till the day i have time for it. Ive got too much invested in it to get rid of her... Try and keep it if you can bro.

at least keep the rims for someone. blazers are plentiful in the junk yard. there is nothing you cannot fix for cheap today

I understand. I have spent so much money on ours this summer. The wife isn't very happy about it. But we now have so much in it we can't afford to get rid of it, plus I like it & so does the wife if we are through fixing for awhile. But way cheaper than payments on a vehicle. Thank God I bought this one cheap enough.

Well my frame is shot, the body is in worse condition. Truck has 209k and tranny is slipping bad along with engine repairs I haven't diagnosed yet. It's time to go..

It all worked out! The car I bought was a piece of $#!7 and won't pass inspection, so the people I bought it from are buying it back in full. I went to look at a 94 K5 today and ended up buying it. I should have it within a few days. Here's the CL ad: 94 chevy k5 blazer

The rot he talks about is only a small amount on rocker panels, and the engine was redone 100k ago, tranny 50k ago, rear end 20k ago. Everything is solid on the truck. Got it for 1700
