Has anyone else used turbotax?
 

So I used turbo tax this year to file my taxes. I opted to have them put it on their card and I got it in the mail. I called and activated it. Well, the IRS website said that it was direct deposited on wed. Well, I go to the turbotax wedsite and it says theres nothing there. Or nothing pending. I just hope that they didnt mess anything up. Anyone else use them? If so, did you use the card and if so, how long did/does it take for them to put my money on the card?

Nope. Used TaxAct again this year and that's when we found out someone used the wife's SSN to file a claim. This is a mess to clean up.

I have used TT for many years. Never had a problem with them. I always get DD so I have not had problems. Not sure on card issue.

Do to my kinda messy situation for last year (worked in MI official address in IN, worked in IN also last year) I used TT for my Fed and IN hand did my MI (a severe nightmare) but, I E-filed my Fed, mailed my IN and MI. Two days ago I got my IN return in the mail....no word on my Fed lol.

(opted for printed checks this year cause 2 years ago they gave all my money to the wrong bank account...it was someone with a similar Social Security #...and yes it was a nightmare cause they spent all my return in 2 days, it was the Feds fault not TT though)

Same used for many many years but never tried the card
