I finally bit the bullet and bought a new (to me) car. It is a 2004 GMC Envoy XL with every possible option. 8cyl. Leather, Sunroof, 3rd row seat, power heated seats, front and rear air. The millage was kinda high at 77,000 but it runs and drives like a new car. A friend of mine who really knows cars drove it and he thought it was a 2008 until I told him it was a 2004. It is like a Denali without the Denali badge. I am passing the Blazer off to my best friend.

The only downside to the GMT360/370 platform is the even smaller aftermarket for lifts, etc. There is only so high you can go and then things get VERY expensive. There are more options for the s-series trucks in that regard.

Overall, they are much more refined vehicles over the s-series.

What's it look like? Where's the pic? Us Kiwi's don't get to see many American vehicles here.
