Some people have more money than brains. Why the hell would you want to throw away $600 for 2 rear tires? He should be horsewhipped for doing that to that beautiful Vette! A clutch replacement is gonna be more than what those tires would have cost. A stock clutch set is over $400 plus labor. Now I suppose this idiot feels like a king? A $60,000 plus car and he's out there tearing it up?

How can someone even mistake the smell of burning rubber and the smell of a burning clutch? Let alone be sitting in the car and thinking he was spinning the rear wheels?

My guess is this tool applied way too much brake, locking up the rear wheels and causing the next weakest link in the friction drive train to start spinning.

Oh well, I'm sure his daddy will pay for the repairs.

Ive seen this before. Its funny how the idiot with the camera just continues to film even tho the smoke is coming from under the hood. I was waiting for the 500+hp car to take off as he was standing in front of it. What a bunch of idiots.

 

Wow. Somebody is an idiot. It's not hard to distinguish if the tires are spinning or not. Fix it, then give it to me. I can show them how to properly burn out.
