my new family
 

So, my son and daughter joined us last night. This is Gage Gavin first, and his minute older sister Vada Valin second. gage is in the NICU ward for a couple days as his breathing was not that great.

as the father of a 14 year old boy and step dad of a 18 and 24 year old girl all i can say is WTF where you thinking!!!!! haha just kidsing congrats man(see what i didi there) lots of good times to come!

Congratulations, I couldn't imagine twins, my 1 year old is a handful enough. I wouldn't trade it for anything though.

Yeah, its no sweat really... Im already kind of a stepdad to her 3, 5, 7, and 11yr olds... whats two more?

The way i look at it is - i dont have to buy a fishing licence anymore as i have a hockey teams worth of legal anglers already... My walks can be shovled in record time with multiple shovelers... If the car craps out ill have a push team... We will have 8 brains for qatching gameshows...

The crappy part... Grocery shopping aint bad now, but when everyone is over ten... Its hard to find 6 bedroom houses to rent, gotta buy one soon... We have to own and fuel a suburban :)... Theres still only one tv remote... We have to buy many of the same things - nintendo ds, clothes, bikes, sports, etc...

But man, the feeling of being handed a pair of babies you created is undescribable, it was the single most powerful moment of my life to say the least.

Veda is eating well, and Gage is still in the NICU ward for a day or more. Hes not breathing well when eating, panting and holding his breath. I did sneak her down to the NICU for a photo of us 3 ill share. I dont smile alot, but i couldnt help it. Also fixed the links.
