Got the new tire last night and put it on, So i had to take it to some local trails and test it out. This thing is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! The suspension soaks up lots most of the bumps and you can get some pretty serious air before the suspension bottoms out. Its got plenty of power for all situations and it just boatloads of fun.

My uncle bought a 74 xl350, which i bought from him, rewired, and then sold back to him, we called it even with 25 more bucks because of the wire i had to buy. But it had a lot of torque. The fork seals were bad, and jumps were sketchy cuz of that. But it was fun once you got used to having almost no front suspension. Yours is in wayyyyy better shape and looks good. Have fun

Miss the days of riding trails 40 years ago, sure was a lot of fun. If I tried it now, I would probably break something, in fact I know I would. Now I'm just a street rider on a much bigger bike all year long.

Ouch... at least rebuilding it was pretty cheap!

I was real upset at first but than I saw how cheap I could rebiuld it. So I ordered up the parts and after i got the parts it took about 4 hours to get it running. I was contomplating selling it before I fixed ita but I decided to keep it, and im glad i did. I forgot how much I loved riding it.
